Lemon Balm Tea

Botanical Name: Melissa officinalis

Product Description: Lemon Balm Tea offers a mild herbal infusion with a soft lemon fragrance. Its gentle flavour makes it an approachable standalone tea and a useful companion to mint, chamomile, lavender, or citrus peel.

Flavor: Soft lemon, green herbs, and a lightly sweet finish.

Caffeine: Naturally caffeine-free.

Uses and Atmospheres: Quiet evenings, garden-inspired tea service, reading breaks, light desserts, and herbal blending.

Usage Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per one cup. For stronger tea, use more then 1 teaspoon. For milder tea, use less then 1 teaspoon.

Steep your tea in hot water with the following estimated guidelines:

· Black Tea: 3-5 minutes at 100°C

· Green Tea: 2-3 minutes at 80°C

· Herbal Tea: 5-7 minutes at 100°C

Remove the steeped tea leaves from your hot water and enjoy. You can also bag the tea yourself (Sold Separately) or use a tea strainer (Sold Separately) for ease of removing the loose leave tea. Try different quantities to make the perfect cup of tea for yourself.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, place. No Direct Sunlight. Place contents in an airtight container or sealable packaging. Refrigeration not required.
