Origin: Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia

Chamomile Flower Tea is a cherished herbal infusion made from the dried blossoms of the chamomile plant, known for its calming aroma and gentle floral taste. Revered for centuries as a natural remedy, chamomile tea is caffeine-free and rich in antioxidants, making it a perfect choice for relaxation, digestive support, and overall wellness.

History of Khamai Chamomile

Chamomile has been used in herbal medicine for over 5,000 years, dating back to ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. The Egyptians worshipped chamomile as a sacred herb, using it to honor the sun god Ra and as a key ingredient in beauty treatments. The Greeks and Romans praised its medicinal properties, incorporating it into their healing practices for digestive health, fevers, and relaxation.

Throughout the Middle Ages, chamomile became a staple in European herbal medicine, often used in teas, ointments, and essential oils to ease stress, aid sleep, and promote healing. Today, it remains one of the most beloved herbal infusions worldwide.
