Nature’s Gentle Support for Body and Balance
Raspberry Leaf Tea is a soothing herbal infusion made from the dried leaves of the red raspberry plant, not the fruit. With a mild, earthy flavor and naturally caffeine-free profile, raspberry leaf tea is renowned for its toning properties and supportive benefits, especially for women’s reproductive health.
History of Raspberry Leaf Tea
For centuries, raspberry leaves have been used in traditional European and Indigenous herbal medicine. Documented as far back as the 6th century, raspberry leaf was widely used by herbalists for its ability to strengthen and tone the uterus, making it a staple remedy for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
In North American folk medicine, Native tribes brewed raspberry leaf to ease menstrual cramps, diarrhea, and digestive complaints. Today, raspberry leaf tea continues to be a trusted botanical, recommended by herbalists and midwives alike for its gentle yet effective action on the body.
